image The Transportation Communications International Union represents approximately 46,000 members in the U.S. We are clerks, carmen, auto technicians, computer programmers, skycaps and redcaps, on-board service workers, secretaries, supervisors, government workers, truck drivers, accountants, yardmasters, inter-modal workers, police officers, reservations agents, transit workers and more. Together we form a diverse alliance.

Masters, Mates & Pilots

image Masters, Mates & Pilots works closely with the U.S. Coast Guard and with port commissions around the country to establish safe vessel traffic standards to safeguard the environment, life and property. Internationally, the MM&P is involved in the creation and enforcement of safe and humane standards for vessel safety on third world flag-of-convenience registered vessels whose crews have few advocates for their well-being.
